PAYMENT POLICY

Any failure by the Client to pay any fees due under these Terms and Conditions on the date specified shall be deemed to be a "material breach" of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that we may use 3rd party shopping carts to furfill your requirements.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Customers can cancel there account at any time within 14 days and will be eligible for a full refund. ONLY if NO work has begun on the customers project. A refund cannot be issued once we have started work on the clients project. In this case, the registered domain name will remain our property. We reserve the right to cancell an account at any time. Each account is subject to "Acceptable usage levels'

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Ecommerce Shopping cart Solutions Web design Web Services harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Ecommerce Shopping cart Solutions Web design Web Services, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be deemed in default of this Agreement or the Client Order to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach are delayed or prevented by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, riots, acts of government, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of such party; provided, that the party whose performance is affected by any such event gives the other party written notice thereof within ten (10) business days of such event or occurrence.

DISCLAIMER

The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Ecommerce Shopping cart Solutions Web design Web Services and its employees.
